Job Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers to the service department
* Listening and documenting customer interests and concerns
* Preparing repair orders in the system
* Presents a menu of recommended maintenance and additional services to every client
* Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
* Communicating with management and technicians
* Providing updates to the customer on the status of their vehicle
* Delivering the vehicle to the customer and explaining work completed
* Developing a rapport with customers to build a repeat customer base
* Replies to voice and e-mail messages in a timely manner where either internal or external clients are concerned
* Keeps Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment
* Asking the customer for feedback on our performance and maintain required CSI ratings

Porter / Lot Manager
Porter primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Vacuum vehicle, install floor mats, and I.D. tags in all the pre owed vehicles taken
- Drive to their proper places in the parking lot
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking on lot and when retrieving transporting vehicles for lot damage that may have occurred
- Wash vehicles
- Run any necessary errands required
- Place proper buyers guides in pre owned vehicles
- Assist in prepping vehicles weekly for auctions
- Assist used car management team with misc. duties
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
